Our 30-Day "Bottom of the Bottle" Promise

We know that to truly experience the benefits of Plants & Oils, you need to actually use them. That’s why we don't believe in fine print or impossible return conditions.

If you order from us, you have a full 30 days from the date you receive your order to open your products, use them, and see how you feel. If you don't absolutely love your experience, we will refund your money—even if the bottles are completely empty.

No hassle, no guilt, and no original packaging required.

How to Start a Return in 3 Easy Steps:

  1. Reach Out: Email our dedicated team at support@theplantsandoils.com within 30 days of receiving your order and let us know you'd like a refund.

  2. Get Your Label: We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions.

  3. Send It Back: Drop the package off with the carrier. (Please ensure you contact us first so we can properly authorize and track your refund!)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders? If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please email us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement right away to make it right.

Need an Exchange? The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original order using the steps above for a full refund, and simply make a separate purchase for the new item.

For Our European Union Customers If your merchandise is shipped into the EU, you legally have the right to cancel or return your order within a 14-day cooling-off period for any reason. However, our 30-Day Promise still fully applies to you!

Refund Timelines Once your return arrives at our facility, we will inspect it and notify you regarding your refund status. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. (Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take a little extra time to officially post the refund to your account. If it has been more than 15 business days since your approval, please email us at support@theplantsandoils.com).
